$25.50 per person (7% Meal tax and 18% gratuity not included) 

All lunch buffets include the choice of 2 entrees, 1 salad, 2 sides, and 1 dessert. 

At Nuovo, all functions will be provided with complimentary Wi-Fi service, as well as flat screen televisions for multimedia presentations.

Salads (Choose 1): 
Caesar Salad, Nuovo Salad, Spring Mixed Salad, Greek Salad, Chopped Salad, Caprese Salad.
Entrees (Choose 2):
Chicken: Chicken Marsala, Chicken Piccata, Chicken Parmesan, Chicken Franchese.
Fish: Baked Haddock, Grilled Salmon with Dijon Cream Sauce.
Meat: Pot Roasted Sirloin.
Italian: Meat or Cheese Lasagna, Ricotta Cheese-Stuffed Shells topped with Marinara Sauce.
Sides (Choose 2):
Green Beans Almondine, Sauteed Peas and Carrots, Roasted Vegetable Medley, Sauteed Zucchini and Squash, Roasted Asparagus, Broccoli with Parmesan Cheese, Honey Glazed Carrots, Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Yukon Gold Potatoes, Rice Pilaf, Nuovo Ortega Rice, Pasta with Butter, Pasta with Marinara Sauce.

Plated Lunches
For plated lunch events, our sales people will be more than happy to sit down with you and come up with a custom menu by selecting items from our restaurant lunch menu.  Generally the final menu will consist of 1 Appetizer or Salad, 2 Entrees and One Dessert.  Menu will be priced according to your selections.
